Categories of distinction in programme planning

The paper provides an analysis of the categories distinction seized by programme planners in adult and continuing education underlying reasoning arguments to them. 14 interviews shows that their target group orientation, make use gender, migration experience, age, educational needs dis/ability. are based on attribution as individual characteristics, characteristics for grouping individuals, shared expectations occupation- employment-related characteristics. findings point a need encouraging awareness critical reflection about distinction.
